Service Cancellation Terms
If you experience problems after receiving the service, the company reserves the right to consider a refund according to the specified conditions. The company's decision shall be deemed final.
Customers have the right to cancel the service by notifying the company in writing via email to [email protected] within 3 days from the date of receiving the service, along with the reason for cancellation, under the following conditions:
The service you requested is not functioning properly, for example: - Payment was made, but the card image does not show as delivered.
There was an issue with the payment, and the transaction could not be completed, but your account was still charged. Please provide payment proof, bank transaction records, or a statement showing the deduction from your account.
Order cancellations must be made within 3 days after placing the order and only if the service has not been used in any way.
(This excludes items distributed through the system, such as event or activity tickets, which are non-refundable under all circumstances.)

Refund Conditions
